Longhorn Ammunition (LHA) is strictly a wholesale distributor and requires new accounts to be approved before ammunition purchases can be processed.

 

If you aren’t a Dealer, Exporter, Educational Institution, or Law Enforcement Agency, please visit the Staccato website to purchase ammunition.

 

DEALERS:

 

Email LHA with the following documents in PDF format:

 

1. Federal Firearms License (FFL)
2. State Reseller Certificate(s)

 

LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES:

 

LHA will need to obtain proof that the sale is to a government agency.

 

LHA must obtain a TTB F 5600.35 containing:

 

1. Title of official executing certificate
2. Branch of government
3. Date executed
4. Statement that official is authorised to execute certificate
5. List articles covered by the certificate or beginning and ending dates during which orders will be placed by the purchaser (period not to exceed 12 calendar quarters)
6. Name of manufacturer from which articles purchased
7. Governmental unit purchasing articles
8. Statement that is understood that articles purchased under this certificate of exemption are limited to use exclusively by the purchasing governmental entity
9. Statement that is understood that any fraudulent use of this certificate may subject the person executing the certificate and all parties making fraudulent use of the certificate to all applicable criminal penalties under the Code
10. Name, address, and signature of person executing the certificate

 

Once a Law Enforcement Agency has previously purchased from LHA, no additional documentation is required.

 

Sales to State or Local Government agencies will be tax-free, pursuant to 26 U.S. Code § 4221 (a)(4).
